{Synopsis} – It’s Christmas Eve in the Little Kingdom, and Santa is visiting to make sure holiday preparations are going well. Ben and the other elves are busy making the presents and growing the Christmas trees, while Holly and the fairies use their magic to make noisy Christmas crackers. Everything is going according to plan — until a few encounters with the Big People cause a little Christmas chaos!

{My thoughts} – This is a neat little Christmas story. It’s one of those fun stories for children where everything that could go wrong does go wrong, but in the end it all works out. I really enjoy books like this because they help to keep children guessing as to what may or may not be happening in the story. I have always enjoyed books that help children to grow with their imaginations and this book is definitely one of those books. I plan to read this book to my children this Christmas and see what they think about what may happen within it’s pages.
