{My thoughts} – Our Little Love Bug! is a book that is about how wonderful bugs are in relation to children. In a sense it’s a comparison type book. It let’s children see the true beauty in in natures creatures which hopefully will help them to know what they are should they see them.
The cover of this book has a cute little caterpillar on it that has legs you can move. All of the bugs inside the book have parts that can move. I think that makes the book rather unique. It gives children something to play around with while they are having the book read to them.
I really like how interactive most of the books by Sandra Magsamen are. They help to keep children busy with small things and give parents the opportunity to read through the book. Sometimes you have a child that doesn’t like to just sit still while reading and these books help the child by giving them something to do.
I highly recommend any book by Sandra Magsamen. They are all magnificent. I promise you won’t be disappointed.
